How to order CAKES

Place order 3-4 days in advance, for urgent orders you must call 081-855-7090 or add us on line: @BKKBROOKLYN (WITH @ SIGN) 

Please provide the following info:  

1.     Pick up date and time from Brooklyn Baker, or delivery via DELIVEREE cars.

• For Delivery, we need these details for DELIVEREE

  • Name (the receiver person)

  • Mobile phone number

  • Time

  • and meeting point details - info we must give to driver

DELIVEREE service starting price at 180THB, which we can calculate the delivery price for your location. 

Delivery terms

• You must collect cake from the driver as he does not leave the car. Please inform us if you need door to door service, there will be an additional 100THB fee.

• Delivery fee is to be paid with the cake.

• Delivery starts from Brooklyn Baker during 8:00-17:00 hrs only, except on Wednesday delivery is from 11:00-14:00 as we are closed.

• We do not recommend use of motorcycles as damage may occur to cake.

2.     Select your cake and size, and if you are not sure of size, tell us how many servings you need.  

DO NOT ASK US HOW MANY POUNDS

• Our cakes are higher in height than standard cakes, so the pound system does not apply.

3.      Personalized Message

• Only Mud Pie, Red Velvet and Citrus Cake can be written on

• For other cakes we offer free, hand written paper flag banners

• Customized Acrylic sign is 450 baht and may only be purchase with cake order. 3 lines max (example, the pink cake below). Must order 4 days in advance.

โดยปกติแล้วเค้กของเราต้องสั่งล่วงหน้า 3-4 วัน

แต่เราจะมีเค้กบางรูปแบบที่สามารถส่งได้เลย  รบกวนโทรมาที่ร้าน: 081-855-7090  หรือ แอดไลน์ LINE: @BKKBROOKLYN  (มีเครื่องหมาย @)

หลังจาก ลูกค้าแอดไลน์แล้ว ขอให้ลูกค้าแจ้งรายละเอียดตามด้านล่าง

1.     วันและเวลาที่คุณจะมารับเค้กจากร้าน หรือรับบริการจัดส่ง

• สำหรับกรณีจัดส่ง เราขอข้อมูลดังนี้เพื่อให้กับทาง DELIVEREE

  • ชื่อ (ของคนรับ)

  • เบอร์โทร

  • เวลา

  • และสถานที่ ที่ต้องการให้จัดส่ง

 การจัดส่งของทางร้านใช้ บริการของ DELIVEREE  ซึ่งทางร้านสามารถเช็คค่าจัดส่งได้เลย โดยมีราคาเริ่มต้นที่ 180 บาท 

รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการส่งเค้กโดย DELIVEREE

• จะต้องมีคนมารับเค้กจากคนขับที่รถ หรือถ้าต้องการให้ส่งบนอาคาร DELIVEREE คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มอีก 100 บาท (กรุณาแจ้งเราล่วงหน้า)

• ค่าจัดส่งจะถูกคำนวน และทำการจ่ายเงินพร้อมค่าเค้กได้เลยค่ะ

• การส่ง DELIVEREE จะออกจากร้านระหว่าง 8:00-17:00 ซึ่งเป็นเวลาการเปิดทำการของเรา ยกเว้นวันพุธ รอบส่งเค้ก จะมีเพียงแค่ 11.00-14.00 เท่านั้นเพราะเป็นวันหยุดของร้าน

• ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้มอเตอร์ไซค์ ในการส่งเค้กเพราะเค้กอาจจะอยู่ในสภาพที่เสียหายได้เมื่อไปถึง

2.      กรุณาเลือกเค้กที่คุณต้องการและขนาด หากคุณไม่แน่ใจว่าขนาดไหนดี บอกทางเราได้ว่าทานกันกี่ท่าน แล้วเราจะสามารถแนะนำเพิ่มเติมได้ค่ะ

ขนาดของเค้กที่ร้าน Brooklyn Baker

เนื่องจากว่าเค้กส่วนใหญ่ของทางร้านจะมีความสูงกว่าเค้กปกติ เราจึงไม่ได้ใช้ระบบปอนด์ในการวัดขนาด แต่เราสามารถแนะนำลูกค้าได้ว่าเค้กขนาดเท่าไหร่ที่เหมาะสำหรับเสิร์ฟ ตามจำนวนคนที่ท่านต้องการ โดยจะมีรายละเอียดแจ้งไว้ใต้รูปภาพแต่ละแบบของเค้กใน Cake Menu บนหน้า website

  3. การเขียนข้อความ และป้าย

• เฉพาะ Mud pie, Red Velvet และ Citrus Cake ที่เราจะสามารถเขียนข้อความบนหน้าเค้กได้

• สำหรับเค้กชนิดอื่น เรามีป้ายธงกระดาษเขียนด้วยลายมือ แถมให้ฟรี โดยสามารถระบุข้อความที่ต้องการได้

• ป้ายอะคริลิค Happy Birthday ราคา 450บาท มีสองสี คือ สีเงินและสีทอง สามารถซื้อได้เมื่อคุณสั่งเค้กเท่านั้น

• ป้ายอะคริลิค ที่ต้องการเขียนชื่อ หรือ ข้อความพิเศษ นอกจาก Happy birthday สามารถสั่งทำได้ ความยาวไม่เกิน3บรรทัด(ดูตัวอย่างรูปเค้กสีชมพูด้านล่าง) และควรสั่งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 4 วันค่ะ ราคา 450 บาท

4.     รอพนักงานร้านติดต่อกกลับเพื่อสรุปรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อทาง LINE 

5.     ยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ โดยการโอนเงินผ่านทางธนาคารเต็มจำนวน
